Avent Logistics Tracking

Track your shipment using the identifier on your documents (AWB, Bill of Lading, container number, or booking/reference). If your paperwork points to a partner carrier, use that link for the most up-to-date events.

How to Track

  1. Find your AWB, B/L, container, or booking/reference number.
  2. Paste it into the tracking field on our portal or the indicated partner site.
  3. Review milestones, estimated delivery, and any exceptions.

Common Status Milestones

  • Booked / Received: Shipment created in the system;
  • Picked Up: Cargo collected from shipper;
  • Export Customs Cleared: Cleared to depart origin;
  • Departed Origin: Flight or vessel has left;
  • In Transit: En route between hubs or ports;
  • Arrived Destination: Reached destination port/airport;
  • Import Customs: Undergoing clearance at destination;
  • Out for Delivery: With last-mile carrier;
  • Delivered: Proof of delivery (POD) available;
  • Exception: Delay or issue - check details or contact support.

Not Seeing Results?

  • New shipments may take 12–24 hours to appear;
  • Remove spaces and double-check letters vs numbers;
  • Use the partner link shown on your AWB/B/L when provided;
  • If still unavailable, email our team with your details.
